Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Younic Home located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining quality service standards.
Qualifications
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven experience in hostel, property or hospitality management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team interactions.
Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of budget management is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Administration or related field preferred
Operational Management
Supervise and manage all activities at the branch, ensuring smooth operations.
Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other essential services.
Ensure compliance with Younic Home’s policies and procedures.
Proficiency in vendor management and service coordination.
Customer Service & Resident Satisfaction
Address resident concerns and complaints efficiently.
Ensure a comfortable and safe living environment for residents.
Build and maintain good relationships with tenants to improve retention.

Staff Supervision & Coordination
Manage housekeeping, security, and support staff.
Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
Conduct staff training sessions for better service quality.
Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
Sales & Occupancy Management
Maintain a target occupancy rate for the branch.
Work with the marketing team to attract new tenants.
Conduct property tours for potential residents.
Financial & Inventory Management
Monitor rent collections and ensure timely payments.
Keep track of expenses and submit financial reports.
Oversee inventory management for housekeeping and maintenance supplies.
Safety & Security
Ensure 24/7 CCTV monitoring and security compliance.
Knowledge of safety and security protocols
Handle emergency situations and report incidents.
Maintain fire safety and first aid protocols.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for your supervisor.
Communicate operational challenges and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with other branches for best practices.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining records and reports.
Maintenance and Repairs
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address repair needs promptly and minimize disruptions.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance with brand standards.
